What is EMS Training?

EMS training is a full body workout that activates up to 95% of the muscles simultaneously through electro stimulation. This stimulus mimics a muscle contraction sent by the central nervous system to the muscles and the muscle has a stronger contraction than the natural contraction. just 20 minutes of EMS training equals 3/4 hours of a normal workout at the gym. Muscle contractions are more intense and of higher quality than just traditional body effort. Unlike conventional weight training, EMS training activates deeper muscle groups, not affecting your joints, which leads to better balance between the body's muscles and greater stability.

You will feel the difference after your first EMS training session. After a day or two, you will feel some muscle stiffness.
It is scientifically proven to be effective for people of different age groups, fitness levels, and people with joint injuries.

All you need is 20-minute training sessions once, twice or even three times a week, depending on your fitness level and goals.
